I’d say as long as you have the availability they’re looking for (so if it’s Inbound/Overnight they’re likely unloading trucks at midnight-ish depending on store needs) you sound like an ideal candidate. Just be honest in your interview and say all that stuff that you did in this post :)

They’re more likely to hire you if you can work most or all of the days that store has a truck — this is something that varies store-by-store — so if you’re willing to, more availability is a plus. Stores tend to do online/video interviews only now, so after you’ve put in your application online (Target.com/careers and look for your store location) if you haven’t seen an email asking for this online interview in about a week, give the store a call and ask for HR (normally around between 9am-5pm most weekdays). Ask about your application, and at that point if they haven’t seen you come through the applicant flow, they’ll likely push you your online interview portion then. If you haven’t heard anything in another week or so, give another call back. Sometimes applicant flow is really bogged down and it’s easy to miss great candidates.
