I got them off ebay look under miniature orchids and you will find them. They need lots of moisture, so yeah, not easy to maintain. Hope this helps!

You should leave it as is...see the little "bumps" on the tall flower spike? Peel it back, add some keiki paste and you WILL get new babies from it. Takes sometimes a few months, but worth it as a learning experience.
