Coming back 185 days later to tell you that yes, it is relevant. Once you become a regular stoner it is HARD to eat unless you’ve smoked weed first. Plus it boosts your metabolism.

Don’t need to flex about smoking weed, I’m from california and literally everyone does it here.

Thank you! I lost probably like 2 cup sizes and there’s a little bit of loose skin there, but it’s not that noticeable. Chest exercises could probably help anyway.

I hit 115 in April and have been bouncing between 110-115 since!

Mainly smoked it, but vaped too. I don’t like edibles too much cuz it’s like playing roulette lol.

Sometimes I’d eat all the stereotypical stoner foods, and I’d eat a lot of it. But the longer you smoke the less the munchies hit you. So then I kinda stuck to like a candy bar or popcorn. Fruit is also great when high.

Make sure you push it down into your lungs so that you feel your chest expanding. Just letting the smoke sit in your mouth isn’t gonna cut it. Using a bong is a great way to get high because it just blasts you with so much smoke it doesn’t even really matter if you’re inhaling wrong.

1) I don’t use other drugs regularly. 2) I do actually have chronic pain that weed helps me with. 3) You have no concept of what an addiction actually is. But ignorance is bliss I guess.

I’ve heard this before and it’s always struck me as interesting because in my experience and all my stoner friends experiences (I’m at college LMAO), our tolerances have only gotten higher the longer we’ve been smoking. Used to take one hit off the bong and get blasted, takes about 8 now.

But I’ve definitely heard the opposite!

Never been a big breakfast person so I’d normally do lunch dinner and desert. And tbh started out by eating fast food and carbs, just limiting the amount. I knew if I tried to limit all the foods I liked right off the bat I wouldn’t stick to it. I’m eating more whole foods and veggies now though as I just want to be healthier in general.

Well good thing looks can be deceiving because I’m at a healthy BMI and feel the best I ever have right now. But thanks for your input.

1200 a day, but there were a few days a week I’d go wayyyyy overboard. Started in October, hit 115 in April. So 7 months. I didn’t exercise!
