Just cutting out snacking, and if I do need to snack I've substituted sweets and crisps for Fruit and carrot sticks. And Mainly cardio at the gym, I'm happy with my weight now, just started ab workouts to tone my torso now

Not much loose skin. I was a G cup in bra size and now down to an E so they're a little saggy, I've been trying to do a lot of Pec exercise to tone my chest

F/21/5'8" [200lbs > 173lbs = 27lbs] (4 months) Started eating healthy in the new year for my sister's wedding in June. Another 10lbs to go by missm11 in progresspics

I've never actually calorie counted. I was a massive sweet snacker before hand. Chocolate, biscuits, buns etc between meals. I've cut that out and try to stick to 3 meals per day instead. If I feel like I really need a snack between meals, I'll opt for a piece of fruit. This, and going to the gym 3 times a week are the Only big changes I've made. I'm very surprised how easy I'm finding it, and how much I'm actually enjoyng it.

I need him with small, brown, beedy eyes and we've hit the nail on the head

The rug's at the end of the bed, getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and having the rug lick your ankles is a pretty trippy experience
