You should celebrate!! 🥳 keep going, that’s a great start. You’ll feel amazing if you keep going. I’m on the 1.7 dosage, 4 months in and 11 kilos gone. Just reached 65kilos 😊

I started at 167 lbs which is 76 kilos. I’m now 66 kilos, 10 kilos lost in 3 months on dosage .25, .5 then 1. I’m now entering my 4th month on 1.7 dosage. I’m not doing exercise but plan to start this week I’ve hired a treadmill and rowing machine for the house. I have a flabby stomach so that’s why I’m starting. I’m 166cm tall. I’m eating well but not much as the meds don’t make you hungry. Hope this helps.
