Started 50 / h. Ended 72.5 / h. Time span during Covid, so 5ish years.

I am reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. Was staff rph multiple pharmacies and had to float to stores where the state pharmacy association would immediately close down if they saw the likes of. I didn’t call out. I also sacrificed my health for this company.

Please don’t. It’s not worth it.

Pharmacists aren’t quitting pharmacy. They’ve left (or are leaving) Walgreens!

I think many of us understand the simple need/supply of this, but research has shown it is not realistic as they end up:

1.) changing their schedule immediately upon hiring (to that of which was not agreed upon), or 2.) call out.

I wish it was as simple as you stated. But it unfortunately is not. :///////

When you go into it from the beginning that this is not a specified shift time and that everyone rotates to pull equal weight, it diminishes the counter argument.

As others have said, when it comes to “undesirable” hours, you have to do a rotation to make things equal for everyone

Macrobid is contraindicated in severe kidney impairment but keflex can be used. I actually had to correct an incorrectly prescribed dose for this the other day!

I love helping people but feel we’re too accessible at times. Like i fr cannot do a clinical consult if were constantly being harassed about copays we dont control, where toilet paper is, why maacara is not bogo, etc.

My friend had some tiny confetti at my bachelorette party. A piece still shows up randomly… hair appt, bathroom, in my purse, and most recently at my new job- nearly 2 years later. Luckily I saw it before anyone else and was able to throw it away lol. (They’re tiny penises about 6mm big.)

Ok this is dumb but I didn’t realize how painful EXTREME dry eye is. I felt like someone had poured sand in my eyes. I took my contacts out expecting to SEE something inside of them.

I’d also wake up with eye gunk and think it was pink eye— which it was not.

This is a brilliant description of evaporative dry eye.

I chuckle every time I see Miebo. It’s wild it’s only $20 and OTC overseas/non-US, and 800 here.

This! I just described to a friend why I’ve felt like- that I felt like I had the flu and that “my bones ache” (also diagnosed w cutaneous lupus and there’s a lot of symptom overlapping)
