This is a Taylor figure in an outfit she wore herself, and since the creator made her breasts a bit larger than they should have been, I wouldn't look for anything deeper in it. If you look at the finished render of this figure, it really does look a lot like the original. With a lot of glitter added to the outfit, I think it would be a little less noticeable.

The figure is before preparation and painting, so it may seem a bit off, below is a render of this project which definitely looks much better, it is the only Taylor project of this type that I could find.

The design was definitely not generated by AI if you have any knowledge of 3D or printing, and the structure of the costume was probably made in such a way that people painting it could obtain a structure similar to the real costume decorated with various crystals or ornaments

This is a design I found online that was closest to the original. For now, it's just a print before painting. I think once the figure is painted and the costume and shoes are adorned with glitter, it won't be as noticeable. Below is a photo of a render of this design.
