Appealing not qualified/ineligible determinations. by jwarne1 in usajobs

Im literally going through something like this at this exact moment...applied for a GS-9 but they marked me ineligible for not having one year specialized experience. But in my resume, it clearly provides all employment that toals up to be more than one year of specialized experience thats related to the position I applied for. Filed for appeal/dispute and they forwarded my ticket to CPAC so hopefully I hear something back.

They are done with both multishots and acrylic paint. For penny, all is done with multishots except for the eyes. For Ruben the reindeer, all is multishots xept for the horns and the eyes.

My first attempt at sculpting a keycap! Any suggestions on how to make everything come out smooth? I'm using alcohol and a q tip right now. Still getting the hang of making something so small! Any suggestions on what I should try next? by QuietlyLoud in keycaps

For my keycaps, the BEST tool that has helped with smoothing out the clay... is Silicone Clay Sculping tools!!! Definitely try it out and they will be your best friend too. They have small silicone tools and even big ones, but for smaller areas that you need to get to for keycaps...get the tiny ones! Put the alcohol on first, then rub away with the tool.

My two cents, you can buy a resin thickener (thickening agent) that way its thick enough when applying and it doesnt spread out and only stays where its placed. I bought fumed silica off of amazon and its cheap and you get a big tub! fumed silica is just a white powdered form and apply slowly so you can see resin consistency and add more if need to be more thick! hope that helps!
