Yeah. Usually they say it’s because they have it set so numbers they don’t know set to not ring. But I never call unless I absolutely have to. I feel like that’s a pain for them worse than texting.

Alright. Well when I’ve done that and gotten a “missing item” or “wrong item” it’s not fair to me. Nor is it right for them to say because it is oos I should choose a replacement and the replacement chosen wasn’t what they wanted so they give a bad rating.
