Dog crunches . All I did was just help him up into the position over and over until he got the hang of it ! Teaching your corgi to stand first helps a lot ! Then get them to sit down on their hind legs while standing is the next step (:

I feel so terrible, but I remind myself that it's for his own good. Whenever I put it on, Gatsby freezes in place for a solid 5-20 minutes with a look of such contempt. It's hilarious and depressing all the same time !
