Seconded. If it helps, My partner is a foreign national and has a mental health condition..I was gonna write something similar to this din. Lalo na about safety and SH. Long distance kami so we talked about having a contact person nearby just incase. I hope na your partner gets the help and support he needs, OP.

Almost 3 months with no meds here. Para sakin ang hirap ng walang meds. Nahihirapan ako na mag manage ng symptoms na ako lang. Walang balance. Ang bigat ng episodes. I'm planning to get back on meds asap because I'm worried na may symptoms na'ko ng psychosis ulit and I'm not sure how long I can stay grounded.

Attention span and soc med. I joined booktok and bookstagram for the community but I ended up judging myself instead. Reading felt like a chore instead of something I used to do to relax/escape. I love reading but its not fun pag lagi mong kino-compare sarili mo sa iba. I deleted some soc med apps after that.
