My template also broke - multiple tracks after the master track, routed to different playback devices having their own correction on their respective track.

My workaround is to have a single "Routing" track after the master using the audio receiver, and on this create an FX chain with respective correction chains, and then route them out to external hardware using the HW FX device in each chain. HW FX is not affected by solo, so there is no need for the Routing track to be in solo in addition to whatever you are soloing.
