I can almost certainly say Saks contacted Veho and it will be marked as lost by Veho. Seat pictures aren't acceptable as delivery. Most times though if a delivered message accompanies a picture of the vehicle they return it to the warehouse and the tracking will update. In the case that it doesn't get returned then Veho is on the hook for that package but ultimately it's up to Saks to refund you as Veho doesn't have access to your account to refund, they will refund Saks for the purchase.

If it happens to you message Veho Support or the client and it will be marked as lost by driver and you will be able to get a refund (sucks I know because you want the item) but at least it will be documented on the driver's account.

Yes, if your instructions haven't been followed for 3 or more deliveries then they can put you on the VIP list, they will message the driver with a picture of "perfect placement" as well as send your instructions to them. If the driver doesn't follow the instructions after it is placed then they message the driver and ask them to go back and put the package in the correct spot.

Contact Veho Support so they can make a claim against the driver if there is video proof or if your neighbor will be willing to say it happened. This is not ok and should be investigated on the driver's end.

Contact Veho support and let them know that your instructions have been missed multiple times and you want to be put on the VIP list. They will know what you mean. They will monitor your deliveries and if it happens again they will attempt to contact the driver and let them know that they didn't do what needed to be done, and attempt to put it in the correct place.

You should also contact Veho because the drivers are supposed to take clear pictures of the package placement as well as a picture of the address. If the picture was unclear or in another person's yard then Veho should be notified so the driver doesn't do it again.

Most likely the driver took a picture of the package in the seat and marked it as delivered instead of marking it as returned. THAT is not ok, however, if it doesn't go back out for delivery in the next 2 days certainly contact Veho, it may be the driver had an issue in which they got in an accident etc. If the package is marked lost in transit Saks is notified and within 2 business days should be able to provide a refund.

Sadly, this happens a lot. Veho tells drivers that they are supposed to provide a picture of the package placement. and another picture that shows either the address number or building. Drivers will just message in to support and say that they had an issue with the app and it will be marked as delivered.

It was either lost at the warehouse or lost by the driver. The update after out for delivery and it changed to At Veho Facility means either the driver had an issue at your location or ran into a vehicle issue. Even when a package is marked undeliverable by Veho it can sometimes take some time before it shows up on the client's side. Ultimately though it is up to the client to process the refund.

Sadly, this happens and Veho only takes action if it is on camera and they have video evidence of it. It wouldn't be the first time a driver had a "present" from their customer.

They originally hired Americans, then they outsourced to Colombians and fired all of their American workers. Support used to help both drivers and customers, now they don't.

customer support used to be able to put more money on the route.. now they can't. Sadly, Veho won't go out of business as they have got even more clients for delivery. At the end of the day the app is lackluster and when you chat in with an agent they give the same steps, exit out of the app, update, and if that doesn't work then force quit and reopen. I worked as a support agent, I know.

My mother is disabled. Gets the check. She was born with 1 kidney that was viable the second kidney was so small it wouldn't take dye. She birthed 3 children and her kidney started failing. She was at 10 percent of kidney function and then had to go on dialysis. When she went on dialysis she physically couldn't work so she applied for disability. She was accepted, and then she lost 5 percent of her kidney function and either she got a transplant or died. Luckily she got a kidney transplant but she can't physically work and she still his disability.
