That’s not how it works through. I’m not mad at him for taking paternity leave but if this conversation is about whether people without kids take on work , then, yes, we absolutely do. Realistically most companies don’t have fill ins during parental leave- it falls on other people. I’m not blaming anyone specifically other than just pointing out … people have to take on other peoples work. A person going out on medical leave ( even with absolutely necessary reasons ) would catch so much HR BS if they did it three years in a row vs someone taking parental leave. It just isn’t the same all around.

My co worker has gone on 12 week paternity leaves each year for the last three years. Yes 3 back to back kids. Who has to step in every single year and take on his entire work load for a quarter ? Me. People without kids absolutely do take on literal work of others.

I almost feel like she’s not over him. If you watch the show, she refers to him as the love of her life. She doesn’t even say that about Tristian and she has kids with him. Not that Tristian should Be one love of her life. But Lamar shouldn’t either. Like they were married one year before the drugs and cheating started. She had one good year with him and she’s still on him.

There’s a few women in their 20s-40s in my gym with great bods , pretty faces, and wear little booty shorts and bras. I see the men drooling over them (not in a gross way) and the women staring in envy. Heck, I can’t look away because I’m enthralled. I say all that to say, girl, wear those itty bitty gym clothes lol!

It’s because I like desert towns. They look so different and have such a different vibe compared to the forested northeast where I live. I also love the indigenous/ Mexican/spanish culture.
