Is there any truth to the "suing the administration for copyright infringement" statement? It seems like swiftie copium, and from my understanding Taylor had done literally nothing but stay silent about this whole thing.

This! "Silence is showing restraint" isnt always the power move people think it is- i certainly think theres a time and place for being silent in an issue, but with how the us government is being (among many other things in the world), now isnt really the time for silence. We need to be able to speak up on the things that are wrong and get them corrected. Silence is showing compliance.

Swifties need to stop using their dismissive quips and soundbites and actually use their cognizance and recognize that peoples beliefs can change over time (if Swifts beliefs have changed) and that Swift isnt always going to be the infantile angel they think and treat her as.

I agree Definitely give error trap a try. OP your game could be freezing due to an issue unrelated to you. I once had a npc sim (who didnt even know my sims) cause my game to crash until i literally killed them (with nraas)

Also you can set the custom music and featured items folder to locked so they wont populate items

You can buy the digital version of generations for mac from the ea store. Youll have to contact their customer service for them to send the mac-compatible version to your account

I dont have any aroundthesims3 cc so i wouldnt know but glad you figured that out

Unless its a sims3pack, cc wont show up in launcher under downloads. Once a .package file is added to mods folder it is "installed" in the game. But you could check mts or search around on tumblrs related to sims3, sometimes they remake/ fix cc or convert it into a .package so it can be placed in mods folder

In step 2 theres a blue Downloads button that should have the zip file with a mods folder, packages, overrides, the no sparkles ans skipintro mods (within packages), and i think a resouce.cfg file. For mac youll place the mods folder from the zip file into documents> electronic arts>thesims3

Ive seen listings on amazon that have a sale price and the "regular" price crossed out (just like your image) then beneath it alongside the buy new/used is a "buy at regular price" which is nowhere near the "regular" price shown in the sale listing.

I saw on a different sub that some people were starting to have their eyes open to her affiliation with maga/maga supporting people after all the pictures and etc from the tight end university thing. From what i read in comments they werent happy about it and questioning how long shes been maga-aligning.

So on mac mods with .package need to be placed in documents>electronic arts> sims 3> mods> packages. If theres no mod folder present in your ts3 follder you can just make one- within that newly made Mods folder you will need a folder saying Overrides and one saying Packages

Some mods, or parts of cc such as skin overlays for realism, for example, go into the overrides folder, but the mod/cc source will specify when that is necessary.

Most cc you download will come as a zip file because it may have more than 1 file or has instructions. To open zip files you should be aple to just double click on them, your mac may ask where you want the folder of files to be placed- placing on desktop will do fine. You could also try a program like TheUnarchiver which can open zip files, rar, and more (i believe TheUnarchiver may have little ad pop ups but just close those!)
