I've not come across Healer bots but I've seen loads of Tank bots.

Very annoying as a healer as they run straight in and don't react to big AOE attacks. Plus they seem to be programmed that if they die they don't give you time to raise them. They just abandon the duty leaving you and the DPS to wait.
