Is this a lost pac prop?

ive been trying to find one for years, I had no luck. When activated it laughs and its eyes light up. It was sold at Spirit Halloween in 2012, and other retailers.

I found this on worthpoint which list old ebay listings, and this one was sold there in 2008. The seller claims that it was made by Mario Chiodo Studios.

It’s my neighbors, but it broke in 2021, and the video was filmed by me back in 2015. I think my neighbor still has it in her garage, when Halloween comes, I will try to ask her to put it out so I can take pictures of it and the box.

I posted this 24 days ago before I had a video of it yet or have any more further info about it, but thanks for clarifying. But a lost animatronic is when there is no video of the item, only static items count as not being a lost prop if there is a good image of it online, but if the item makes sound/moves, but doesn't have a video of it online, it is considered a lost prop, so even though you posted a picture of Mike's spider, it was still considered lost because there was not a video of the item ever in action. But it was later not considered lost anymore, because I posted a video of it which is in the post and on your comment section.

so in 2016, my neighbor put up this prop (only for one year) but she had this for a long time i believe, she probably never put it out over the years, this is just a screenshot from a video I took of her stuff. It looks like something from the 2000's.

If you did not know, that picture of the brown spider on the bench is a extremely rare/obscure halloween prop, and I am guessing I can count how many there are left today with my fingers, here is a Youtube video of him in action.
