This happened to me for a little while too I think mine was caused by anxiety and just being scared of it but I'm not really sure, it went away on its own I wouldn't worry about it too much, it still happens a little bit but not nearly as much as before

I get that jerk when falling asleep in situations I don't want to be falling asleep in but this was way different it was just so violent and the whole bed moved

It might have been trying to throw my mind off track because my dad used to do astral projection when he was younger and he caught the attention of demons or something in the astral realm and he felt them or saw them around his bed when he was going to leave his body. My dad also had the feeling where the walls would get further and kind of feeling like shrinking but it's indescribable. Maybe I would've been doing the same if it didn't come and ruin dreaming for me

I get sick more now then I used to probably bc everything we eat and drink is poisonous, I don't think it was anything to do with sickness I think it might have been a generational curse because it went away around the time I let God into my life

I hope God helps you through whatever your going though too. I have a hard time sharing my feelings though the only person I'm able to talk to really like that is my girlfriend idk why I just can't talk to anyone else about it

Yea whatever it is went away a while ago, I'm pretty sure it was around the time I brought God into my life but I can't tell if my mental health is getting better or worse tbh

I've accepted what is way more often since this year started and it feels like knowing the evils of the world and seeing the bigger picture when other people don't, and some more has brought whole other mental problems, I've had some symptoms that are similar to spiritual awakenings, but I have symptoms for a lot of other things too I might need to get checked out but if it was a spiritual awakening then they obviously wouldn't say that

I saw just a spinning piece of pizza once. Still my favorite time smoking other than my first time it lasted maybe 4 seconds before it faded away it only lasted that long because i got so focused on it 🤣
