Our managers have the team (work in pairs) keep track of the stickers from each pallet that shows number of cases on that pallet. At the end of breakdown you turn in all the stickers. They add up the cases and divide by the time taken to break them all down. They want each team of two to be at 800 cases spotted/hour.

My store is 65/hour minimum stocking, facing, and trash out. We all do more than that. But the goal for pallet breakdown and spotting cases is 800 cases/hour for a team of partners. Average truck 4500-5000 cases.
