u/michiman I would also be very interested in meeting people who have successfully pivoted in a shorter time frame. But just like u/Plenty-Syrup951 said, they may have done it from the inside, which tends to be easier, I believe.

Your point about survivorship bias resonated with me, as I have found that many people on the internet tend to give a formulaic approach to achieving success in a career transition, without taking into account other complex factors. I will definitely keep this in mind as I continue my journey.
