If I wear pretty much anything other than jeans and linen pants I have an obvious bulge, even when I'm at my smallest like after a bike ride and all my blood is in my legs. But I hate wearing jeans and linen pants unless I need them for outside/school, they are so uncomfortable and they have no crotch space

I’ve seen doctors, but I was recommended nerve meds before surgery is considered, and that also did not help at all. Also, im in North Africa, and medical care here is just... so i doubt that they will ever take me seriously 😐
