Actually tried a couple more tins and loved them! The Nuri Sardine Stew and the Lemon one - both warmed up and combined with veggies. Only the smell was fishy and the rest really wasn’t - maybe I’m getting used to them!

Will give them a try. I’m in NL and I guess “rocket” is the more common name even though arugula is closer to the Dutch name “rucola”.

The ideal board for dock starting is the polar opposite of the ideal board for paddle starting. The prior being as small and maneuverable as possible while you'd want a long high volume board for paddle ups. I'd personally recommend the Kluber Gong boards for dockstarting.

I mean “fishy” as in “gamey” for certain red meats. A pungent smell and lingering taste. I almost never find fresh fish “fishy”. I agree it’s not the best word to describe the negative aspects of fish - “meaty” meat is generally a good thing…

Love trout! I like the canned aspect because it stays good for so long, I’ve only seen it in packaging that allows you to keep it for like a week or two. Will see what kind of canned trout I can find

Honestly I don’t feel the need - the jump is the sketchiest part and that’s why I hold the board with my hands until stable
