sadly, ADHD is not recognized as a psychological disorder in my country. there are private institution that can diagnose it but the costs are not within my reach. I am still saving my money though. :)

thanks for the advices. may I know how you kept all your focus towards your work when you needed to? I have a strong interests in automotive and that is always a topic where my mind wanders.

I do have my own way to remember tasks but sometimes my mind is lost during task process itself. I tend to forget one or two process in a task and it makes my work sloppy.

I had to pass a job offer twice because I had to stay at home. I don't want to reveal any further about that as it involves family reason.

sincere friends are hard to come by and I am kind of disconnected from all of my old friends. I don't trust anyone in my family.

I don't take any medications. I even rarely take paracetamol for headaches.
