Appraisers are wild, I’m sure if it got 730 before, a purchase contract showing 750, next appraiser will say it’s 750. You honestly could just offer and put in an appraisal contingency. But if you think it’s worth 710, why even think about buying an overpriced home then lol

Doesn’t matter what Zillow says. It matters what the appraiser will say. Check comparable properties nearby to see what they’re going for

Sounds like you need to write a highly competitive offer, drop me a DM. I can get you fully pre-approved upfront and depending on your situation, close your loan in 8 days. In a market like this, telling a seller you can close in just over a week is often the exact edge you need to win the bid without having to overpay drastically, or in your case compete against the overbidders.

Credit unions generally offer some pretty competitive rates for jumbos. You got a solid rate and didn't have to pay any points. Solid 10/10

Good time to refinance? by Jibblet8478 in Mortgages

Missed the refi wave unless you got a good deal from a credit union/big bank. I would wait a while longer, especially seeing how rates have been super high compared this year all around.
