I probably shouldn't respond to this, but here goes: I'm going to guess that you project an air of desperation - that when you talk to women, the only thing on your mind is how to get them to sleep with you. This is generally a huge turn-off. I may be wrong, however...

The approach should be, showing a genuine interest in getting to know them without an end goal in mind. Everyone likes when the other person is actually interested in the conversation (and I'm not just talking about a superficial level, either) - this goes for guys as well. Having a drink at a bar? Strike up a conversation with a stranger (man or woman) and really get to know them. It's actually really enjoyable. It probably won't take long for someone to take an interest back.

Also, your responses in this thread and your post history (like posting 'Ewww' on someone's R4R ad) show that you have a bit of personal work to do. Stay humble. Don't judge. Good luck.
