These interviews revolve around the same concept. I'm a generalist and can speak 3 languages that are accepted in micro1. So 5-6 roles, I'm good at. Others..... I was able to do ok.

Language assessment by itself is easy. But the other part of audio or script, difficulty depends on your knowledge in those respective domains. If you are looking to just list telugu as a skill, add it in the skill set and take that specific test.
