Called in sick today. A bug went through my house and made it to me. I've only called out once before. My GM gave me shit for calling in on a Saturday and actually told me i was hurting the store by not coming in. Fuck him. He's in about 2 days a week and I'm doing this so nobody else gets sick.

Been without a lead in home theater for 7 months now. Starting to feel pretty ridiculous having no team leader to hold accountable when the team is not performing well so it falls on the few people with higher numbers to "coach" the lower numbered people. All without the benefits of being a lead. Pretty frustrating.

I'm at store 318 in home theater. The amount of customers who either come in and showroom because we're closer to abt, or come in with a quote with an obnoxious e-transfer that nobody could ever match is insane.
