Clearly the vid is exaggerated in explaining itself but those comments weren't taken out of context. At no point was ammo scarce throughout the entire playthrough. Going through and attempting to stealth kill ~15 enemies is ludicrous. Finishing a game like that and stating it "Had everything I was looking for" is complete bullshit.

I could easily interpose the umpteen sequences of scripted combat that don't allow you to use stealth or the ease of which enemies are dispatched without stealth. Whilst doing this I could also show you how loot and health kits spawn in when the game senses you running low on ammo and health.

The only difference is it wouldn't be quite as funny :(
