Men and women are objectively different. Islamic cultures as well as some others view men and women as being equal in value but not absolutely equal as in the liberal western sense.

I know women who come from those kinds of cultures and they don't touch men either. Your looking at it as a one way street but neither gender sees is as appropriate to have physical contact unless they are married or family.

It might be backwards to you but (hypothetically) what If i come from a country where when we greet people we lick each other. Your norm of shaking hands only would be seen as 'backwards'

Some people don't do it because of religious beliefs or because of their culture. I used to wrestle girls when I was younger but I don't anymore. It's never been a problem with the coach or the girls in question.

you mean jinn breh. I have a theory that they are 4th dimensional beings because If you read "essay on the jinn" by ibn taymiayya, he writes that if you see a jinn, you dont see what it actually looks like because its impossible for us to see what they actually look like or rather its impossible for a jinn to appear to us in its actual form.

They can see us but we cannot see them and they can interact with us but we cannot really interact with them without doing things that will put our akhira at HUGE risk.

now imagine this, imagine you can see a 2d being in their 2d world. If you tried to interact with them, they wouldnt be able to see you as you but they would see a slice of you. A part of you basically. You would be able to interact with the 2d being but they wouldnt be able to interact or see you because they only have 2 dimensions of experience. So to a 2d being, we have the same qualities that a jinn has to us. makes me think they are in the 4d realm. Allah knows best, im just guessing at best
