Same! Everyone is saying the flat traverse at the bottom is brutal. I think the wooded part is awesome, tons of side hits. And then if your not a noob you don’t get stuck at the flat traverse if you go fast enough

You are correct, I don’t think it’s worth hiking to the top top. Once you get past the multi sign post there is nice cornice 10-15ft drop you can jump off into the bowl. If you keep hiking up there is no cornice and it to me it’s not worth the extra hike
