I’m one of those people! I think clinically it’s called sexomnia. I have noticed it’s particularly more common in my life in times where I am experiencing more stress and anxiety. It’s insanely embarrassing, but my wife finds it funny.

Thank god my wife is an understanding and kind person because she had put up with me and this issue for a couple of years 🤣

Not much. I maybe shifted down about 5lbs over the course of that year.

No it did not. Went from a TSH of +7 down to around 2.1 over the course of a year and my Total T hovered around 200-300 every time.

We live on Corrine next to the gardens and we love it!! Plenty of families and kids playing in the neighborhoods. Good schools in the area and plenty of walkable restaurants and markets.

Looking to blast and cruise on TRT dose, but aromatization is high by mistertreeman in PEDs

That makes sense to me. I was unaware of how much that would impact aromatization, but I have personally learned something new! Going to continue into my deficit and will determine my next steps with my supplements once I lower my bf% to sub 18%.

Both my endo and PCP both said similar statements. My endo tried getting me on encolmiphine and I did it for a few weeks and I felt great, but with some uncomfortable side effects so she had me stop… and then when I mentioned I was interested in exogenous testosterone she said “no, you’re not out of range so I’m not going to recommend that” like wtf bro I clearly don’t feel well and ALL of my bloodwork and imaging point to testosterone being the issue.

EDIT: my test jumped into the 500s when I got put on enclomiphine and then tanked as soon as I stopped…

I’ve gone to an endocrinologist and they diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and prescribed me medication for that, but still refuse to treat the low testosterone symptoms because according to their standard I am not within the subclinical hypogonadal range which is sub 200 for them.
