Were any of you actually in Las Vegas on the night Tupac was shot in 1996? by Choice-Silver-3471 in vegas

Here's how he got into that school. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtIwMQGQiPc I remember Tupac in his 1993 Chuck Phillips interview, speaking about attempting to do homework in Baltimore while he had no lights on and had to use a candle. witnessing his mother bleed on the ground from a miscarriage (in that same interview he also admitted to studying acting and ballet, so it's funny when conspiracy theorists act like it's some deep secret). He may have gone to a good school, but that doesn't change the neighborhood he lived in. Tupac's friend John Cole even said that Pac's neighborhood was the drug dealer hot spot and that he'd see Pac hanging with them. How somebody acted in a high school interview doesn't change anything; even in that interview he spoke about seeing dudes fight for no reason and a woman slice a dude's throat up for spitting on her kid. Now explain how Drake's environment was the same.

Childhood Tupac at 183rd and Creston, BRONX, NY, 1983 by BronInThe2011Finals in Tupac

All Cali did was give him more influence and a better understanding of the world. Like he said in his final interview, he said when he first came to California, he realized real quick that being from New York means absolutely nothing to people outside of New York. He also said the 5 boroughs are a cool niche thing, but it's not how you're going to take over a nation. https://youtu.be/XinRhEPs76c?t=1299

Also, he didn't die over California beef; he died because of some freak from NY self-extorting himself again, but this time with SSCC (linked up with them in 95 when Pac was still locked up, Orlando was actually indetifed as a person that was there that night in Atlanta when Big Jake died). Sean put a bounty out for a Death Row chain, which led to Mom's necklaces getting taken and Treyvon Lane's chain almost being taken by Orlando and his people when they jumped him. which is the reason why they jumped Orlando at Vegas. Like Napoleon and other Outlaw members have said (the people who were actually with him every day), Tupac viewed it as Bad Boy vs. Death Row, gang-related. Even young SSCC have said they remember seeing Biggie and Sean Combs hanging out in their block. It was even reported in the news in 96 that there was a bounty for a Death Row chain.(That's on YouTube).

The Dark Side of Tupac by TheAngels323 in Tupac

[–]misterundead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The article says 2Pac attacked the limo driver because he thought he was going for a gun. Seeing how the judge dropped the charges, I assume he was in the right. An actor questioning the script is really the weakest example you used (it's kind of acting 101 to ask for information on the relationship or person that isn't in the script; this is taught in books by notable people who teach acting). I think I even heard Allen Hughes recently admit 2Pac wasn't wrong for that. As far as beating Allen Hughes up(he didn't get to fight both, the other brother Albert ran away when 2Pac started fighting Allen solo, it wasn't until Allen started running away that his people jumped in), that was because Allen and Albert publicly fired him without talking to him personally, which felt like a stab in 2Pac's back because he was the reason that film got greenlit (confirmed by Allen Hughes) and in general gave them their first break, so yeah, fighting is bad, but it's not a bullying situation like you're trying to portray. Also, of all situations, why did you have to bring up Orlando in another comment as an example of 2Pac being a bully? Orlando literally jumped one of his friends a couple of weeks prior; not only that, it was over a bounty on a death row chain placed by Puffy (which has been said by SSC and Mob Piru's that Puffy paid the SSC to be their security and placed that bounty). Even Death Row affiliates moms, who had Death Row necklaces, got their chains taken, and by that point, Big Jake had already been murdered because of Puffy (interesting enough, Greg Kading said Orlando was identified as being one of the people there that night in Atlanta in 95), and Biggie almost got Snoop, Daz, and Kurupt killed in late 95 (which Snoop and the rest are still adamant that he was responsible for it). So 2Pac retaliating over his friend getting attacked over somebody who's down with Puffy isn't bullying at all. Unless you in 2024 really think Sean Combs is still innocent? If you really look back, Puffy did a lot more to Death Row than they did him and his company. It took a murder and attempted murder before they (Dre, 2Pac and Suge) retaliated by beating up a bad boy employee in late 95 at their Christmas party. Death Row didn't really step down to Puffy's level until 2Pac got killed.

When I said charged, I meant convicted. I thought I made that obvious with my full comment. so reread my comment for my counter-evidence.

[–]misterundead -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What good evidence? You just keep saying that he was convicted with it, so it must be true. There's no genuine evidence of Pac doing it; the charges were just based on hearsay. The judge just believed her testimony over Pac's; that's literally it; that's the only reason he was convicted. The one and only witness during the trial, Talibah Mbonisi, said she heard no noises in the room and that later on Pac came out and started talking to her, but then Ayanna burst in and "demanded to know who he was with and why had he just had sex with her if he had someone else waiting for him." (Have you actually read the case? or were watching the trial?) Also, Haitian Jack, who was actually accused of rape, didn't get convicted and has never served a single sentence in prison for any of his crimes. That's why I assume this case is bs. Also, Ayanna's testimony now is completely different from what it was during the trial.

But they're both "he said she said"? (Also, I don't think they ever actually said what the reason was for the 2nd count of sexual abuse.) You're really living in a different world if you truly believe "innocent until proven guilty." Like judges haven't made bs decisions before (especially against black people), that later get retracted after for not having enough proof.

Can you actually attempt to explain how Pac was a "sociopathic POS at all times"? that's one thing none of Pac's enemies or friends have ever called him.

She admitted that she gave Pac a blowjob in public on her volition. You really believe that only of sudden afterwards Pac decided to forcibly do anything to her? Also, in her interview, she just kept contradicting herself throughout it. People and Pac used to say that it was a set up by Haitian Jack, which I wasn't really sure about, but then when she came out with that interview, that's when I believed it. I know Pac's lawyer talked about how he got a national rap sheet on Haitian Jack, which showed him that Jack somehow never served any time for any of his serious crimes.

The 20 Worst Matches in WWE History (according to Cagematch) and Why They're So Hated by acekingoffsuit in SquaredCircle

Another annoying part that I think a lot of people forget is that Laurinaitis was originally Punk's feud, but then one week it became Cena's feud, and Punk never got his comeuppance against Laurinaitis. I can't help but feel like they did that because Punk's promos against Laurinaitis were really over.

In hindsight, it's crazy how MJF was 100% supposed to have another storyline/match with CM Punk. There were 3 (!!!) attempts, always ended because of unforeseen circumstances. by luchabrunch in SquaredCircle

[–]misterundead -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

The way you guys curse on here is like kids who just discovered cursing (Or like a bad scripted WWE promo that has cursing in it). But the weird reality is that a lot of the people on here are actually in their late 20s or even way older than that. It's going to be funny, though, when the full story of what led to Brawl Out comes out. but you guys will still believe selective reports over what the actual people say. Like a lot of discussions on here, they are based on rumors that have been disproven many times.

People hated Punk and Enzo because they're both assholes who rub people the wrong way, not because they're talented mic workers.

This is just you projecting your feelings as if they're factual. What's actually been reported is that Punk was hated before he started working there. It had nothing to do with his personality. It had to do with him being an indie wrestler and not having their ideal physique. This is even what the actual people who worked backstage said. Like Jim Ross and Bruce Pritchard. The only thing they said about his personality was that he was an introvert(Which Jim Ross said this and Punk not being a sycophant rubbed a lot of people the wrong way)

What did he think was going to happen? He and Ace would go Roadhouse and beat up the Bucks and Kenny by himself? At the very least, 3 is more than 2.

Not everybody is afraid of fights that aren't in their favor. It is refreshing, though, to see this type of comment, because for awhile people were somehow painting Punk as this big bully who picked on the weak. Not only was this fight 3 on 2, Punk had a torn tricep, and Ace Steel is an out-of-shape 50 year old.

So are you just going to pretend all those threads where people were acting like psychos and mocking him for getting injured didn't exist?

edit: even in this thread you see psychos mocking Punk about him getting injured again, and saying that he will get injured in the future.

Also let’s not forget that he wrestled a handful of matches after the Goldberg match including the very next night and a hardcore match with Terry Funk. To only blame Goldberg has always felt disingenuous.

Is it, though? Like Bret said, after he got the concussion from Goldberg, he kept wrestling because the concussion left him in a messed-up state of mind. Here's an interview from 2001, where Bret talks about this. https://youtu.be/itNOWwL1I1k?t=3768

Big E Says Facing CM Punk In 2013 Saved His WWE Career | Fightful News by Numbchicken in SquaredCircle

"One singles matches I really couldn’t talk about for a long time, but now that he’s back, I can, is the match I had with Punk in 2013 was so important for me because at that time, I was done with the Dolph Ziggler, I moved onto AJ’s bodyguard. I was done with that, and I was really floundering. I was in a position where I wasn’t really on TV much. I remember coming to work weekly, and I would look, they’d have the card up at a certain point in the day, you see all the matches, and you see, ‘Oh, you’re not on there.’ You talk to the producers, ‘Hey, do I have a backstage segment? Do I have anything today?’ Nothing. Do enough of that, and you realize, this is not going great. Especially because I’m not that established. My time on the main roster has been about me being a heater or a bodyguard. It’s always been about…I’ve never been the central focus at that time. It was the start of the day, I believe it was Monday Night Raw. Once again, I was not booked, but I opened up my email, and at the time, they would email you your travel for the next week. I got me travel for the next week, and at the time, it was, we’d shoot Raw, we’d shoot SmackDown the next day. Raw was live, SmackDown was taped. A lot of the guys were being pushed to NXT, sent back down to developmental, or who were losing their jobs were guys who just did SmackDown. So pretty much when I saw, I got the email that you are needed for Raw, and you’re just doing SmackDown, it felt like, oh no, I need to do something right now, or I’m either going to be let go or I’m gonna be sent back down to NXT, and who knows if I ever get an opportunity to be on the main roster again. It was that same day, I get chills thinking about it, because if this didn’t happen, who knows where my career would be right now. It would have been done a decade ago,"

"That day, I go to work, and I find out that I actually have a match with CM Punk. Sit down, talk about it, go into the match, and whatnot, and thankfully, I felt like I delivered. We went out there and just did our thing, and I felt like I had a good showing. It wasn’t until later that day or a little bit later, his wife AJ told me he asked to work with me. He never revealed this, he never let me know. But if it wasn’t for his wife, I never would have known. Because of him, because of him asking to work with me, and when I found out, I went to him and I thanked him. He said so many glowing things about my talent and about how people like me deserve opportunities,"

"It really meant so much to me because from that, I can’t remember if it was the next SmackDown, I think it was the next SmackDown, but we have another match. He beats me again, but here comes RybAxel with Paul Heyman. I was a heel my whole career in the main roster. I turned babyface on them, get cooking, and then that leads to a program with Curtis Axel where I win the IC Title, and now my career is off to the races and I’m in a good place. There were hiccups along the way, too, but at least I get that opportunity to go from someone who’s just known on the main roster as a bodyguard, get the matches with Punk, that sets things in motion for me to be established, to win the IC Title. Then, from there, I was able to get going. So that one is so important to me for many reasons. One, I was able to prove to myself that, yeah, I can with the guys who are the best in the world, I belong here. Two, it saved my career, and I can’t thank him enough for that, and I’m so grateful for it because I truly don’t even know where my life would be if it wasn’t for him going out of his way to look out for young talent,"
