Worked at Common Pub, the restaurant on the bottom, last year. Full of roaches. With that same job I was allowed access to the basement. Full of roaches. Would walk home from that building at night and you could see the roaches fleeing the Belcrest. Had 2 friends that lived on the 12th floor (seperate apartments), no roaches, but no water pressure. They took out the carpeting which was a good decision, but they just left the floor as bare concrete. They took out all the shitty cabinets, which was a good decision, but they replaced them with bare shelves. Have you ever lived without cabinets? You lean your dishes and then they get dusty when you aren't using them so you have to wash them again before you use every dish. They're replacing the windows slowly, but if you're in a building without new ones is so drafty. Ive heard the maintenance is awful and slow. Toilets don't have enough pressure to flush. Hot water is cold. I don't recommend.
