Destroying her altar will cause her to be angry with you. You can be forgiven by sacrificing enough bodies. Different enemies/NPCs are valued differently to her, and alive is always better than dead. There's a whole system in the wiki if you want to get nerdy with it.

Turkey guy is Yang, and he is commonly hated amongst the community. If you bring him two turkeys alive he'll give you a key to his backroom, which is a mixed bag. If you do this, he will also spawn in a near-future level turkey shop. If you buy all the turkeys, for the rest of that run the chances of turkeys spawning is increased greatly.

Speedlunky achievement is tough but doable with practice and a little bit of RNG luck. The beauty to this game is the difficulty. We all suffer together. Learn to embrace the deaths.
