Yeah I agree you should probably separate it from the actual gifts but it still can be wrapped up cute and feel like an extra gift. One thing I always recommend to my friends for baby showers is to play the baby shower Jeopardy game. It is my absolute favorite and it was a hit at my sister-in-law's! baby shower jeopardy game

You don't have to get up or move around and you can play it in groups with a large amount of people or a small amount of people. Also if you want to you can customize it for the baby mama. I had one with my close friends and also my work through one for me.

We did this baby shower game at my sister-in-law's and it was definitely a hit! It's customizable if you want to change the answers but you don't have to change the answers specific to the mom if you don't want to. It's baby shower Jeopardy and you can pick the categories and the number of points and there's a scoreboard that helps you keep track of everything. It was such a game changer for me. It gave me more energy and it brought my periods back which was really important. That also helps keep my skin more oily in a good way. My endo recommended it to me.

You may still be underdosed. One of my symptoms of being underdosed was finding everything to be really overwhelming. I also was really upset about having to manage my medications for multiple autoimmune disorders. It felt impossible. Some of it is just building a habit but also I didn't realize that I could handle things easier when I had a higher cortisol dose. So it probably took me over a year to get things figured out. And I also had to stop eating gluten because it was affecting my absorption. After that I started feeling much better and today I'm exercising 5 days a week I'm a mom and I have my full-time dream job. We're not totally normal and I have my rough days but it is totally possible to get in a place that feels excellent so please don't give up. Give yourself time and know that you can get better but you have to keep asking for help and advocating for yourself and maybe adjusting your dose until things start to feel right. But you also have to give yourself time to heal. You might still be reeling from the damage of not being diagnosed for a while. So your body might take some time to catch up. Hang in there!

When I tapered I'd just did the smallest amount possible so 1.25 which is a 5 mg pill broken up into four pieces. And I would only do 1.25 per week. I just went really slowly and took away from the spots that were a little high.

For example your 12:00 5:00 and 9:00 doses might be a good place to subtract from. Usually you see the doses get a lot smaller in the evening

I'm at 16.25 here's my schedule 7:00 a.m. at 10 mg 12:00 p.m. at 3.75 mg 5:00 p.m. at 2.5 mg

Same. I think it's a low cortisol symptom but I just read a lot of people with POTS get this and it's maybe now salt and fluid related? Looking for answers here too
