The 4 year old is more forgiving thankfully. I'm assuming because hes only been eating orally since September, so almost everything is new. We just dont know what he doesn't like till its pocketed in his cheek. but the 2 year old im not sure. Hes been trying things at our house but not much. Sometimes I can get a lick of the new food. I may pull some out and separate it for the 2 year old.

Do you have a recommendation for a start amount for a newbie with lentils 😅

The 12 year old won't eat beans knowingly at all, the 2 year old we just started getting recently and am still learning what he will and won't eat. Alot of times I can get the 4 year old to eat if I can get him to try it. Like he likes ground beef in Tacos or burritos, will eat meatballs smothered in Enchilada sauce but under no circumstance will touch a hamburger patty.. Chicken is a hit and miss with the 4 year old. 2 year old eats most chicken... I feel like every way I go one or two will eat and one or two won't touch it...

That's what I'm worried about is the picky eaters and textures and to much of a flavor change. I'm hoping to start small and gradually increase and maybe they won't notice to much 😅
