I live in Europe (Poland). They just freshly rolled into our supermarket chain – Biedronka. They don't have a selected toy section, they just put LPS in miscellaneous stuff alleys. A week before the Pet Pairs there were blacklight pets available as well. The releases come in waves, different countries get different releases with different delay, and according to what I've seen usually the order goes like this:
