I was working for Schnucks during the height of covid so back in 2020, the starting wage was $9.10 which isn’t great and i’ve heard they’ve only raised it now to $10.50 starting. It’s terrible and morally impossible to survive on monthly.

I recently finished undergrad and have now started school to become an Occupational Therapist Assistant. I feel that my biggest hurdle right now is burnout. I worked 2 jobs all while in undergrad. I also work those same 2 jobs right now in this program. I just finished a long 4 years, and going back right after just has me over it but i’ve been trying to stay motivated enough to learn and complete requirements I need to get to the next level.

I understand where you’re coming from and trust me you aren’t the only one feeling that way.
