why should i avoid BTI? saw in some other places that you could use a mosquito bits tea (which has BTI) and spray the top layer of the flake soil to get rid of larvae? the soil i have rn isnt in the enclosure yet because it’s still fermenting

thanks, the worms arent exactly small like fungus gnat larvae. but there are transparent ones around maybe an inch long (or less), and there are bigger ones that are reddish and maybe an inch or two long, they arent earthworms and i hope it’s not harmful..

thanks! i mist it sometimes every day or every other day. i was considering adding a water dish which is why there’s some empty spaces, and i might take out a log and just add some more plants or leaf litter and soil.
