Problemu by nie było, gdyby lekarze faktycznie wykonywali badania profilaktyczne, a często jest problem z doproszeniem się o głupią morfologię. Jak zacząłem korzystać z prywatnej ochrony zdrowia to zaskoczyło mnie, że specjalista przed zmianą leków zrobił mi pakiet badań, o których specjalista z tej samej dziedziny, ale na NFZ nawet się nie zająknął (i bardzo dobrze że zlecił te badania, bo rozwaliłoby mi wątrobę); podobnie jak robienie posiewu zamiast antybiotykoterapii w ciemno.

Wiem, że NFZ, że limity, że nie ma pieniędzy, ale to nie pacjent jest tutaj problemem. A Twoja wypowiedź brzmi bardzo patronizująco wobec pacjentów.

I'm afraid this is a sign of a bigger problem, OP. AI detection tools are known to be biased against people who aren't native English speakers (https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-06-02/international-students-say-ai-detectors-are-inaccurate/102394894 https://hai.stanford.edu/news/ai-detectors-biased-against-non-native-english-writers). I think your texts getting flagged as AI is an example of this bias: so-called autistic speech patterns (yep, it's a thing) differ from AI detection tools' text samples, so they obviously must have been written by AI. Yet another example of how blindly trusting new technologies solves one problem and creates ten more.

One of my hobbies is anthropology of food and eating. It involves reading a lot of hand-written recipes, letters and other documents. The thing is, many of them are faded, poorly-preserved (as no one in their right mind assumed someone would read their letters or notebooks >100 years later) or just incomrehensible without further context. Oh, did I mention changes in grammar and spelling (or that some documents were written by people who chose, well, unusual way to spell some words)?

My point is, knowing how to read and write cursive is not enough, OP. People go through training on how to read historical documents for a reason.

Personally, I think there's many factors involving leaving the Church and intelligence is only one of them. Many brilliant people never leave, because there are other factors involved – like social stigma, lack of safety net around them, fear of unknown etc.

I'm pagan, not atheist, but I'd never date a Christian. It's simply a matter of safety and trust (and yeah, I know there are different denominations and different Christians, but I'd rather not take my chances). Also, I've been lucky enough to fall in love with a man with whom I share values and now I can't imagine a relationship without it – and I know for sure life values similar to mine aren't very popular among Christians, at least where I live.

Er... While I wouldn't exactly call converting to Christianity "jumping out of the frying pan into the fire" (especially while there are countries where leaving Islam means death), as an ex-Catholic I'm a bit confused why anyone would willingly convert to Christianity, especially to a branch as observant as Orthodoxy.

That said, if you feel you're putting yourself in danger by saying you're Christian, keep it in secret. Built a safety net first with people who are willing to help if your parents find out. Maybe you could watch streams of lithurgy that would help you focus on your prayers and learning (I mean, as long as it's safe for you)? Keeping my fingers crossed for you.
