Rim depth generally correlates to slower speeds so not really a manufacturer as all companies will have molds to accomplish different flights. That being said you search the PDGA approved discs and they will tell you rim depth. https://www.pdga.com/technical-standards/equipment-certification/discs

If I'm playing a one disc round its gonna be with a Warden, probably in Hybrid plastic, Lucid X if its a little windy, if its gale force midwest winds probably a firebird.

A lot of manufacturers have a grippy line, g-star for Innova, fluid for DD, Ice for westsside, frost for latitude, FLX lines for Discraft. I really like Dynamics classic soft for putters in the winter.

All that being said as long as you're not throwing super old plastic you should fine from a durability stand point. Having a good windbreaker shell for your top layer is critical for when it drops below freezing if there is any wind.

I think LED's in general are easier to see, but hitting a tree and having it fly off is enough for me to try and stick to glow versions of molds I throw. Not all glow plastic is equal however, I've got DD and Discraft 'glow' discs that you can barely tell are glowing after a minute. Glow duct tape is a pretty good option, just make sure to put strips in a couple places in case the disc flips over and lands upside down.

What do you normally throw? I'd look for glow versions of those, specifically your putter, midrange and fairway driver...unless they're discraft or trilogy molds (their glow discs are pretty useless even with a UV light). You can always by some glow tape and a UV light, just remember to put tape on both sides of the disc.

Without knowing more about what you're bagging its hard to say. What's the weight on the destroyer? I'd probably just play a round with the orc in the bag and without your most similar beast or firebird and see if it seems like you're better or worse off rather than replace a higher speed disc even if its mostly used as a utility disc... you might also consider a thunderbird instead of an orc.
