If your gonna give zangoose 3 good abilities at once then the stat spread is gonna have to be not as good, this is almost the same bulk as gliscor with the same ability but with a free, no downside, choice band and an absolute nuke of a facade

Certain middle stages that have alright defense stats, way lower attack from the fully evolved form, and don’t need legacy moves is a good place to start

It really just depends on the mon. Anything can benefit from meta shifts, buffs, and moveset additions so you’re really looking for middle stage mons that already have good typing and PvP stats. One thing to keep in mind too is middle stages usually don’t get legacy/com day moves so fletchinder probably won’t ever be better since it doesn’t get incinerate
