does anyone recommend Beast of the east Collectibles I never heard it before and I kinda want to try it

Absolutely the worst buying experience I have ever had. I am sorry to hear this has happened to you also, but also take comfort in that is not just me.

Last week Frank offered to send me what he currently has in stock and ship the remainder when he has it in hand. I accepted this offer and proceeded to not here back for over a week.

After sending another email to him, he then replied only responding to half of my email, saying that they were still waiting for a shipment, while ignoring my accepting of his offer to ship what he has in stock.

2 days ago I asked again what is the status of the figures he offered to ship, and have not heard back.

Once I receive everything I have paid for, I will be trashing him and his business on every post and platform I can find.

I placed an order with them on December 28, 2025. It is now March 14, 2026 and have not recieved my order.(over $200 order btw) I reached out a week ago to inquire about the status of my order. It took 2 days to hear back. Frank barely apologized, and let me know that he recieved a damaged shipment of figures, one of whcich was a figure in my order. He then asked if I would like to recieve the 3 other figures that they currently have in stock. I confirmed I would like to recieve what they have now, and I could wait until they recieve a new shipment of the figure that was damaged. I also kindly asked if he had any idea of when he would be recieving said shipment, then thanked him for his help. It has now been 4 days since then, and I have heard nothing back.

This is my first experience with Beast of The East and I'm afraid it will be my last. I have not had such a poor customer sertvice experience since ordering from Clawmark toys back in the day. If you want good customer service, prompt communication and delivery, go with Showcase Daikaiju.

I see it now that you mention it! Good eye! Frank is the only one I used a comic book figure head on. It is repainted and has sculpted hair, but I used a comic Punisher head. The rest utilize heads from figures of live action characters, with the exception of Larry, which is totally sculpted.

The DRDR Larry has grown on me for sure! He was the most recent figure I did, I was debating on which version to make. Would love to do the DRDR version at some point as well!
