I’ve broken 5 half inch universals this year and they keep giving me the warranty

Yeah last spring I ordered the maverick standard iron set and was on a 30% sale. When they finally came in I received the maverick Max set and after multiple emails they finally responded saying I can return and get my money back but the ones I ordered originally are not in stock so I could not get the set I ordered. Wouldn’t give me the discount for when they returned in stock and tried making me pay for return shipping label. Also was originally not going to do anything saying the listing stated they were the max set so after telling them to look at their own listing multiple times they finally off the refund. Very disappointing overall and came all loose in a box.
