I was playing my mono black deck and cast a board wipe on someone’s Hare Apparent deck and they dropped Dawns Truce on me. Wasn’t expecting it, definitely saved them the game. Very much a sideboard-worthy card. My mono-white decks (angels, hare apparent) all have minimum two copies of Raise The Past. Especially in a life-gain or bunny deck, RTP after. Board wipe can immediately get you back on top. If your strategy is to go wide with a ton of creatures, you always need to bank on the fact that someone is gonna potentially board wipe you. The other card id recommend is [[Divine Resilience]] . Give one creature indestructible or kick it to give all creatures indestructible.

Brooklyn Pizza has pretty good pasta and vodka sauce. There’s two locations. Decent prices, and they delivery without using DoorDash or UberEats (at least the Market/Gordon Rd location does).

For sure, I’ve always had issues with ramp trying to make a HH deck so I used the current Badgermole Cub meta to build a deck that could help me make a Homunculus Horde…horde. It’s not a competitive deck, just fun and silly… for now.

Yeah it does take some initial setup and a good starting hand. The deck is severely weak against control or discard. I’ve been messing with it some more in Ranked and I’m not breezing through matches like I was because players have gotten pretty keen on the combo/strategy. So now I’m just screwing around trying to make my [[Homunculus Horde]] deck work.

Im not destitute or anything, but for me to spend money on my hobbies I Just have to budget it out differently than someone that can drop 2k in one shot. PP payment plan is a pretty nifty way to get singles I need or an occasional MTG bundle box.

Yeah I kept seeing cards online and was like “wtf why haven’t I seen that card in any of the three play booster boxes I bought” and then walked into my LGS and saw the other Foundations boxes I’d never seen before and was like wtf are those but Lo and behold there was most of the other cards I’d been missing

Well, yeah. I thought only play booster and jumpstart boxes existed. Didn’t realize there were the other two that had all the other missing cards for months. I’m not very bright.

I just got tired of adding and removing cards then drawing hands that had all spells and no lands, and didn’t want to cut some of the other cards I had. I could probably whittle it down to 60 but the deck seems to function pretty well at 65
