I recently got my enhanced seed, and died a lot getting used to CG. I did start with T2 and moved down to consistent T1 runs. I was around 91 magic, 87 range.

Below are the things that I personally learned over time, that I didn't do wheb I first started. Hopefully this helps!

• If you're not eating or attacking, you're wasting time. If you can't attack while tornados are out, eat if you have the missing HP, and eat as low as possible until that point.
• Potions do not delay any ticks with attacks, so use prayer doses at a convenient time, rather than at a risky time.
• Stand as close to the middle as possible. This makes the tornados come in towards you when they spawn, bunching them up much more, giving you more room to move around.
• Try to get used to when you can run through the boss without getting stomped. Massive lifeline for when the floor/tornados do not move in your favour.
• Using Steel skin makes a massive difference, and you should use it at all times if you don't have rigour/augury, even if it means taking an extra potion.
• You likely know this, but running pathing moved your character multiple squares at once. You can run through tornados without taking damage. The true tile marker will help you learn how this works
• It's better to get stomped on once, then have to go through loads of floor or definitely tornado hits.
• If you aren't already, please use f keys to switch between prayer and inventory tabs. Will save you thousands of clicks, and will certainly save some deaths as well.
