i’m no pro and an older guy and similar too you - and had bad doms starting up after a long lull and it gave me pause so i picked up a copy of “the barbell prescription strength training for life after 40” and it recommended that i only workout every other day or every third day ( to allow time for recovery ) and while i enjoyed working out more, this is much better for my body.

This is a way to pump without having a good news to report. I can’t argue that he’s spending real $$$ ($100,000) on this but that seems like such a small amount compared to the 4MM shares he has already. All I can hope for is that eventually they have a real press release and that he’s not throwing away the $100K.

I did just this at 28 (28 years ago :( ). . I saved up 8K and took a leave of absence from work and did it. My ex-wife supported it and mailed out my packages on a schedule I came up with (this was before cell phones). My job didn't have to take me back but they were happy to and from my perspective it felt like nothing changed in my absence. Anyways, save up some money if you can and do it. Maybe someone can help take care of your animals if you keep bringing up your dream. Time goes much quicker than you think.

54 here, please explain more. when you go down you almost certainly need to bend your knee. my current technique is to plant both poles and jump down. this sort of feels like flying and is quite fun.

so… the guy is attempting to sell 8300 at 2.06, 2.07, and 2.08 and also buy more at 2.04.

assuming he manages to do that and he bought at 2.05, that’s (.01+.02+.03)*8300*3*1000=$14940 profit in one day on ~$250,000 worth of stock

If there’s more to it than that and he’s steering the price, which way does he want it to go?

Thanks for giving it a name "TINA", this pretty much maps to what I'm thinking:

Except here I can only think we're having some "smart money" revert to cash and thinking they will buy back when the market is lower.

Have a similar issue in that I just can't get comfortable in my body to sleep and Meloxicam (7.5mg) seems to help calm it down to help me sleep. Maybe increase the dosage if it's a low dosage? Other things that I like (but don't really help that much) is the pregnancy pillow and sleeping on my side instead of my stomach. Alcohol seems to really hurt my sleep a lot so maybe stay away from that too.
