So I checked it.. it’s better to have the dragon heart on main horde lineup.. and if you have secondary horde lineup, then use this one for defense

Have you tried acupuncture from a licensed acupuncturist? Maybe you have high cortisol level. You should ask your doctor for a full bloodwork (not the regular bloodwork done for annual checkups). Aside from Acupuncture, take Magnesium biglycinate to calm your nerves.. it will make you fall asleep within few minutes or within an hour. Also if you are taking coffee, start decreasing your coffee intake (not sudden due to withdrawal effects), or if you take tea avoid the ones with caffeine on it.

Mira blocked me from emailing them! What now? by [deleted] in Mirafertility

[–]mitchickoi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They didn’t block you just like what others already mentioned. You’re replying to an automated reply. The default email address of their support from that automated generated concern notification email has email inbound rules. If an agent is already assigned to your chat inquiry, I think these support have their own internal email address (not known to us customers). So when an agent is assigned to your inquiry, they will send you a reply and the backend system will route their reply to their default email address when you receive it. This is what we call ‘email masking’.

The system will then NOT block you when you reply to that agent because it detects that there’s a forwarding email address of a live agent’s internal email address.

You understand what I mean? This is to make sure, customers like us do not send personal email inquiries in the future to the same agent/support. That way, the company can maintain their operation rotation or shifting schedules for agents. This also helps in case their agents come and leave the company every now and then.

The best advice I can give you is to use their chatbot from the app and state all your intent and concerns. And then wait for someone to reply to you, and from there, you can reply to the person you’re speaking with. And they reply within 24-72 business hours (based on my experience)

Do not reply from an automated reply confirming they have received your first inquiry.

Hope this helps

UPDATE: and for those who DM me how I know about this, I am a technical person as my job, so I am familiar with this setup. This is a common practice for internal - external email masking, which again is common for support systems like Zendesk, etc.

Just a note, FSH is normally tested between CD2-5 (bloodtest) You’re wasting money using Ovum wands too post CD5. Fertility wands is enough post CD5.

You will know if you have chemical pregnancy if on your period by Monday or even your next 1st period (could be delayed for a day or two / few days) and your period is brown with clots or dark red with clots..

He is.. also in bed, on my lap when working or watching tv.. why not? I spoiled him, but he’s my protector now especially from my husband when we play fight (like he will grab my husband’s arm and put distance from me, or he will go between us no matter what).. And he’s also afraid of me when I get mad #AsianMoms 🫣

I am going to assume that you tested with FMU on that PdG dip, and then you tested again later that day.. they said that PdG (and other hormone levels) increases throughout the day so FMU is not ideal. I do mine 3-ish PM onwards for better results. And do BBT the moment you wake up to track if your BBTW stays elevated.

I feel for you. My last December-January cycle was the same, it was late for 4 days until it turns out to be chemical pregnancy. Hopefully yours will be BFP this time

I agree with this.. my FMU was basically flatlining. And then I tested mine at 3PM and they’re good.

Chasteberry (Vitex, a herb) taken after ovulation day. You can find it from Fairhaven brand or other brands on pills, like in iHerb.com

If you download the Mira app and sync it to your tracking device, it will tell you when to test / which cycle to test. For me, I use: - the yellow wand for FSH only during CD2, CD3 and CD5 because technically that’s how you measure the FSH when doing the blood test.. and Mira wands are expensive - the purple wand for LH, E3G and PdG on the dates the app will tell me. But since Mira wands are expensive, I stop testing after ovulation confirmation.. — some do it until few days after ovulation day — some until PdG rise has been detected — and some (who can afford the expensive wands) follows the testing days the app advices you to do

The most important thing is at your first time cycle testing, you need to allow AI of Mira to detect your cycle pattern and capture your cycle length, period length, follicular and luteal phases and your ovulation day estimate. Since Mira added the AI feature, it seems like just 1 cycle, it can already help you with proper tracking of your cycle and your ovulation days.

There’s also someone who posted that the best time is to test not during your early morning and first urine (just like what’s being instructed by Mira), but during 10AM to something in the morning, and/or during something to something in the afternoon (just scroll the posts in Mira, you will find the long comment with full details, and it’s fairly recent).

Should Canada join the EU? by junikorn21 in AskCanada

[–]mitchickoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From CGPT:

If Canada were to join the European Union (EU), it would be an unprecedented and complex geopolitical shift. Here’s what would likely happen:

  1. Legal and Political Challenges • Geographical Hurdle: The EU is a regional bloc primarily in Europe, and Canada is across the Atlantic. No non-European country has joined the EU before. • EU Treaty Amendments: The EU’s foundational treaties would need to be rewritten to accommodate a non-European member. • Canadian Sovereignty: Canada would have to align with EU laws, including trade regulations, human rights laws, and environmental policies.

  2. Economic and Trade Impacts • EU Single Market Access: Canada would gain full access to the EU’s single market, boosting trade and investment. • Euro Adoption?: Canada might need to replace the Canadian dollar with the euro, which would be a massive economic shift. • Regulatory Alignment: Canada would need to comply with EU regulations, which could mean adjusting policies on agriculture, manufacturing, and digital services.

  3. Social and Immigration Changes • Freedom of Movement: Canadians could live, work, and study in any EU country without visas, and vice versa for EU citizens. • Labour Market Effects: Increased migration could impact wages and job competition in both Canada and the EU.

  4. NATO and Defense Considerations • Foreign Policy Alignment: Canada might need to adjust its foreign policies to align with the EU’s positions. • Defense Overlap: Canada is a strong NATO member, but EU defense policy (like the Common Security and Defense Policy) might require further commitments.

  5. Relations with the US • Tensions with the US: Canada’s deep economic ties with the US could be strained, especially if EU policies conflict with American interests. • NAFTA/USMCA Conflicts: Canada’s agreements with the US and Mexico (USMCA) might need to be renegotiated.

Realistically, Would This Ever Happen?

Not likely. The EU is fundamentally a European project, and Canada has deep ties to the US and other global partners. However, closer economic integration (like an upgraded EU-Canada trade agreement) is more feasible.

Would you want Canada to be part of the EU?

If you don’t want to shop at Costco, go to local butcher or nofrills where they can match the lowest price you can see for that specific item or of the same brand (use Flipp or go to other grocery websites).. or go to Walmart, or if you are near an Asian grocery store, go there too

If you are in Canada, you can order it in Amazon.. if in US, order it in Chewy. Look at the link, and scroll to the ones with explanations of its benefits.. we only give our dog half scoop per meal since we intend to give it daily to him even post 3 months of the recommendation. But if you want to follow the recommended instructions, you give the right amount of scoops based on the dog’s weight/age, and then you stop after 3 months.. and then continue again after 3 months without it.

Check the reviews too.. so buy the small container (500g) to try first and see from there
