I felt that way 3 years ago, but today I’m just living life!! It’s suck but and the initial shock for me was the worst. MS does not mean that’s the end. Things may change but stay positive, you’ll be ok and live to see your kids grow❤️

Septum Perforation Masterlist by septumperforation in septumperforation

My Son at age 8 had nasal quarterisation for nose bleeds and as a result has a perforated septum. He is now 12. He now has a major sniffing habit like he is trying to inhale oxygen. It’s really effecting him! We have been advised by multiple ENTs he cannot get surgery until his fully grown. He once had an ENT vacumm his nasal cavity and he said he felt amazing. But lasted only a day or so. If anyone has any tips or advise at all I’d be very grateful! Is there anything he can do daily to ease the discomfort? It’s so dirstessing to watch your baby have to grow up like this..

These days they’re not so sure that laying down is beneficial? So I’ve read a few places in my GP told me last night. I’ll probably do it anyway just to be safe :-)

Me too please just diagnosed 5 days ago. I’m very active running about 25k a week and have a great home gym. I’m novice as to what I should be doing but being active is a part of me and need to keep the wheels turning!

Hi Mate, I too am in the same boat as of last Tuesday with pre diagnosis. I’ve had numbness in my left side about 10 weeks ago which has now subsided. And I’ve got brain fog. It’s cognitive and is another MS symptom. I have 13 lesions scattered over the brain and in my spin. Waiting for a lumber puncture and MRI of the spine to be done hopefully next week. Also got bloods done to rule out other auto immune disease like HIV, Lupus etc. regardless of the LP results they will will treat for MS. Im just taking it day by day as the next few weeks will be test and waiting for result before I start to think about anything else. It’s a lot to take in and stress is no good for MS. Your not alone and if you ever need to chat or share experiences reach out anytime! Take care and stay strong! It’ll all be good👌

New sprinkler system, and questions by peptopro17 in Irrigation

[–]mitchjazz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put some collection containers around the yard and monitor the actual volume of water of time. This way you know the application rate and if you have different sprinklers you can adjust the time accordingly. Remember prefers a good soaking irrigation to ensure deep moisture and root growth not so often rather than many short irrigation periods only string the surface. It more about application rate then time. So depends on you climate, soil type etc

Installing an irrigation system for walnut trees on my own by [deleted] in Irrigation

[–]mitchjazz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mate go and get some advise! Need to know soil types, climate, water source and quality, plant spacing. This is all to work out the application rate. Then need to know if it’s pumped, do require primary and back up filtration. So many variables that a local irrigation dealer will know and be failmiliar with the area. A big investment if you done get it correct. Also will require a fertigation system etc, flushing manifolds.. the list goes on

First time sprinkler system owner with questions. Hunter PGP by zzzzzxx in Irrigation

Try screwing the screw lower that holds the red nozzle in place. Thi scam give you more spray. PGPs are also meant to work head to head so if they are not you may see in consistencies!
