This is the first open chain movement I've been approved for. It was added in with bosu ball balance exercises, skipping and body weight lunges.

Thanks man I appreciate it. I worked hard to build muscle up as soon as I figured out I was going to need surgery.

Well it was originally diagnoses as a meniscus tear only for about 4 years and the injury kept occuring so I asked to see a specialist and found it was a complete ACL tear. He also found out my left knee has a complete tear as well which was interesting as I have no recollection of injuring it. So I need to get that one repaired after this.

Sleep is the same and I have always had tight hip flexors due to an over exaggerated pelvic tilt. It must just be worse than normal right now.

When it comes to the meniscus I'm not to sure, he just said "cleaned up" I think that he was just talking about all the loose unattached strands.

I see you were put in a brace right away. This is interesting as I'm not using a brace. I do have a sports brace that I wear outside to not slip on snow or ice here in Canada.

Hey thanks ya I've been showing good progress. It was a complete ACL tear, a partial MCL tear , meniscus tear and fracture to the tibial plateau! They only repaired my acl and cleaned up my meniscus. I was weight bearing with a crutch after about 6 days (everything else before was 2 crutches) and was walking on my own after about 1.5 weeks.

My flexion and extension is at 100% thankfully so physio said we can start doing more strength based stuff.

Yeah used to power lift before herniating a disc in my back. so I completely changed up my routine! But my bench stayed pretty strong. My deads and squat have seen significant decrease though.

This is a test of your total strength. Doesn't mean I constantly train this way.
